Trisquel 11 «Aramo» основан на Ubuntu 22.04 LTS и, что важно, в нём удалено всё, что не является на 100% свободным, открытым исходным кодом или утвержденным FSF, будь то прошивка, драйверы или приложения. Это версия с долгосрочной поддержкой, которая получит обновления и исправления безопасности в течение 2 лет.
